As we prepare to begin a new term, CUPE 1882 is calling for nominations and expressions of interest for all Executive positions.

We encourage members who are interested in becoming more involved in their Union to consider running for an Executive position.
Current Executive Intentions
The current President, Vice President, Recording Secretary, and one Member-at-Large have indicated their intention to run again. That said, if you are interested in running for any of these positions, please do not hesitate to put your name forward. All positions are open for nomination.
Current Vacancies
At this time, we are especially looking for members to come forward for the following Executive positions:
- Secretary-Treasurer
- Two (2) Member-at-Large positions
Get Involved Beyond the Executive!
We are also looking for members who would like to participate on the following committees:
- Joint Job Evaluation Committee (JJEC)
- Steering Committee
- Social Committee
While these committees are not part of the Executive, they play an important role in representing members, supporting the work of the Local, and helping shape the direction and activities of CUPE 1882.
