Collective bargaining is how  union and management come up with the terms and conditions of employment for the workers involved.  Warren Shaw’s term as 1882 President concludes on Oct 8.  Vote for your next President and executive team to lead you into the next round of negotiations! General membership meeting will occur after the Executive election.  Attendees are eligible for the door prize.  All 1882 members welcome.
